DELIVERY AND SHIPPING


How are orders shipped?   

All items are shipped via the MEXPOST (Mexican Post Office). 

We do ship via FedEx upon request from the client. 

Mexican Domestic Orders are shipped using MEXPOST services and 

usually arrive in 6-9 business days once the package hits the mail.

 We aim to get orders packed and out the door within 1-2 business days

 (made-to-order pieces usually take 1-2 weeks to ship). 

A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?   

¡Sí, sí! International orders are mostly shipped via MEXPOST International. 

Please message us with any special delivery requests or to arrange an

 alternative shipping solution. Yocomós is not responsible for payment 

of any duty or import fees.

 

What do I do about a missing package? 

The best course of action when a package is missing or mis-delivered 

is to reach out to your post office. At times packages are marked as 

“delivered” prematurely, or were placed at a different location (the side door, etc).  

If your Post Office isn’t providing much help, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do!

Yocomós is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused 

by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, covid-19, or other courier delays.  

We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
