Am I able to exchange something?
Oh yes! We accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt.
Contact us to the email below, and we can exchange for a
different size, color, or we can send along a discount code
for the value as soon as your item is received.
How do I return an item?
Clothing returns are accepted if postmarked within 5 days of r
eceipt for unused, unworn items with their original tags and/or
packaging. Postage costs are not refundable.
After 5 days, all sales are final. Yocomós has the right to deny a
refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our
return policy requirements. For one of a kind custom
orders, we can only issue store credit for returned pieces.
Send us an email at email@example.com if you wish
to return an item. Customers are responsible for insuring
returns being shipped back. Yocomós can not issue a refund
or store credit until an item is physically back in the studio and
we have inspected it. We are not responsible for lost packages,
or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers.
When are sales final?
All purchases from SALES are final.
Can I cancel an order?
Sometimes we change our minds! If you need to cancel an order
for any reason, just send us an email and we will process the cancellation
as quickly as possible. If you request a cancellation,
but the item is already shipped, feel free to return the item.
